2. Description of Service

Vidtrea provides AI-powered video generation services. Users can upload images and use our AI models to generate video content. The Service includes:

• AI video generation from uploaded images
• Credit-based usage system
• Personal gallery storage (with automatic deletion after retention period)
• Various video effect options

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are required to generate videos
• Credits can be purchased using cryptocurrency or other payment methods we offer
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire while your account is active
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time
• Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload images of real people without their explicit consent
• Create content depicting minors in any context
• Generate illegal content or content that violates others' rights
• Use the Service for harassment, defamation, or fraud
• Attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without permission
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload our systems

Warning: Violations of acceptable use policies will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Content Ownership

• Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload
• Generated Content: You own the AI-generated videos for personal use
• License to Us: You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service
• No Warranty: We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content

7. Content Storage & Deletion

• Uploaded images, generated images, generated videos, and temporary processing files are automatically deleted after 7 days
• You are responsible for downloading content you wish to keep
• We are not liable for any content loss after the retention period
• You can manually delete content at any time through your gallery

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uptime
• We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access
• We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions
• Generation times may vary based on server load

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vidtrea, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or generate

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately
• Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination

12. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Prohibited Use — Deepfakes and Synthetic Media

The User shall not use, and shall not permit any third party to use, the Service for the purpose of creating, generating, modifying, or distributing any synthetic, manipulated, or "deepfake" content depicting any identifiable individual, where such content is intended for subsequent publication, dissemination, or public display, unless the User has obtained the prior, explicit, and legally valid consent of each individual whose image, likeness, voice, or other personal attributes are used or simulated.

The User represents and warrants that all such consents comply with applicable laws and regulations and shall be solely responsible for any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from a failure to obtain or maintain such consent.
